Natural Pain Relief with Oils #PhytopiaUSA #PainAway

Press Sample. All opinions are my own.
Hello, Fireflies!

I may be young at heart, but there's no doubt that this body is getting old.  After 40, my body decided that it didn't need a good reason to be in pain anymore - maybe, I just sneezed and torqued something.  Or I slept on it wrong.  Or, sometimes, it may be that I didn't *do* anything to it, it just hurts. I don't like the idea of taking pills all the time, so I look to other remedies, and I have found one in Phytopia!

OIls for Leg Pain? #legcramprelief

Press Sample.  All opinions are my own.
Hello, Fireflies!

I've had a blood clot in my leg before, and I often get soreness and swelling in my legs as a result of that and general activity (or inactivity, as the case may be..) I don't want to always be taking pain relievers, so I've been looking at natural topical treatments for when the pain is mild.  Usually, I get relief from a magnesium oil spray, so I'm familiar with the concept.. but I was skeptical that I could get relief from a blend of essential oils.

Magnesium for Muscles #earthnatura

Press Sample.  All opinions are my own.
Hello, Fireflies!

When I'm teaching, I'm standing up for hours, and walking around the room. I am pretty energized by the energy of the classroom, so I don't notice how sore my legs are getting until I get home and get a chance to plop on the couch!  Sometimes, my muscles ache and twitch so much that I can't even get a good night's rest afterwards.  I would have to take pain relievers, but they wouldn't always address the muscle twinges. Then, I discovered magnesium oil.

OxyRub The Pain Away #OxyRub

Press Sample.  All opinions are my own.
Hello, Fireflies!

Did you grow up, as I did, with that familiar, pungent ointment smell that unmistakably meant that someone within a mile radius of your nose had injured themselves?  Did that smell turn you off from other pain-relieving ointments because you didn't want to advertise your groin pull to the world?  I found OxyRub to be a great alternative!
