Does it work?  For me, yes.  It's a joy to use, which means that I can be consistent with it.  It works well with my oily skin and doesn't clog my pores or cause breakouts.  I don't need a lot of foundation to cover up - and I feel confident posting pictures of my face here on my blog, both with and without makeup!  Because my skin looks good, I feel good!  I often get told that my face belies my 44 years of age.
