I remember, when I was a young girl, watching my mom curl her eyelashes, and then trying to imitate her.  I didn't know what I was doing, and I'd always pinch myself.  I never did get the hang of eyelash curlers, so I just really haven't ever used them.  I don't know why, but I thought using a heated one might make a difference.

I may be young at heart, but there's no doubt that this body is getting old.  After 40, my body decided that it didn't need a good reason to be in pain anymore - maybe, I just sneezed and torqued something.  Or I slept on it wrong.  Or, sometimes, it may be that I didn't *do* anything to it, it just hurts.
