Hello, Fireflies!
I've never been a big fan of feet, I don't know why. I don't touch others' feet, I don't like pictures of feet. When my friends ask me to paint their nails, they know I'm not doing any toenail art.
I do love getting a pedicure or a foot massage, so having healthy, pain-free feet is something that is important to me, and why I wanted to try Syono Gel Insoles.
I watched my mother suffer for years for fashion - buying shoes that were ill-fitting just because they were a good match for an outfit, or a good price. It's mangled her feet. Me, on the other hand, I adopted the Birkinstock fashion, I wear Crocs, and I love comfortable shoes.
But, not all shoes are designed for my feet, and sometimes, I need a little extra support or cushioning. Over the holidays, I broke in a new pair of boots with the help of my Syono Gel Inserts, and then, I moved them into my favorite pair of comfy flats that were just a tad too big, and these made them fit perfectly.
The top of the insert is a soft, felted material with a slight cupping around the heel. The bottom is blue squishy gel and a slightly firmer soft white plastic to provide gentle support around the arch and heel.
They trim to fit really easily with a pair of scissors, too. It's always tough for me to put away my sandals, even for the short Florida winters, and pick up some flats or boots, but this year it was more comfortable, anyway.
For my Syono-inspired nail art, I started with Cult Nails Dazed, a steel-blue metallic, and topped it with Girly Bits Ermahgerd Flerkers! a multi-colored flakie topcoat. I stamped the feet using Milani White On The Spot and Cici&Sisi plate 09.
For more information or to purchase, you can find Syono on their website, or Amazon.com, where these insoles retail for $23.95, but are currently on sale for $17.45. They offer a 100% money-back guarantee if you're not completely satisfied, too!
