When I was growing up in the '70's, I wanted Farrah Fawcett winged hair.  Desperately.  I didn't appreciate or understand how to take care of my weird hair - so thick, with tight coils at the nape of my neck, loosening to ringlets and then waves near the crown.  Since then, there's been a proliferation of moisturizing and curl-loving hair products, I'm happy to say.  Some work better for my type of hair than others, because not all curls are the same.  So, I was happy when Redken sent me some products that I think were tailor-made for my hair!

If there's anything that I'm vain about when it comes to my looks, it's my hair (ok - and my lips.)  It took me awhile to appreciate both of them - especially given that growing up, there weren't really any products designed for my kind of curly hair.

These days, I'm doing a little more heat styling, and only washing my hair about once every 5-7 days, so I need products that protect my hair without being too heavy or greasy.  Now I can have "Hollywood" hair with Mitch Stone!

I have a lot of hair, but I leave a lot of it behind in the shower, and my hair feels thinner now at the crown.  So, I was curious as to the possible benefits I could derive from a Hair Loss Prevention Therapy system from Pura d'Or.  I won't know about long term effects for a while, but I got some immediate ones I'd like to share with you.
