I used to think that because I had oily skin, hydration was not a concern for me. But, the more I learn, and as my skin ages, I realize that you can have dehydrated skin, no matter how much oil it produces! For the last month, I've been treating my body and my skin with hydration from within, taking NeoCell's Glow Matrix, and also on top of the skin, using Neocell's Collagen Moisturizing Treatment Masque.
I have to admit, I'm not big on taking pills anymore. My mom used to make me take handfuls of vitamins when I was growing up, so I rebelled in my "I'm a grownup, I can do what I want" stage by not taking anything. Now, I take a multi-vitamin, and a few things from time to time. Adding three pills to my regimen was not a small thing.
blogger's review of the Glow Matrix, and she had an impressive change in the appearance of her hands, so I thought I would take before and after pictures of my hand, too. I didn't have as dramatic of a change - probably because I'm always moisturizing and oiling my hands - but check out my nails. I've never had them grow this strong and long before. I file them to keep them at this length. Keeping my nail matrix hydrated inside and out has certainly made a difference in my nails.
I have posted a lot of "naked" face pictures here on the blog, but I think this is the first one that I really love. I feel great about how my 44-year-old skin looks!
