Reviva Labs Nasolabial Fold + Multi-Peptide Cream - a Great Cream With A Weird Name #RevivaLabs

Product Provided For Review.  All Opinions Are My Own.
Hello, Fireflies!

I'm learning the lingo of skincare.  I can say, "hyaluronic acid" three times, fast.  I am realizing the benefits of Niacinamide, and Retinols, and have tried more plant oils than you can shake a stick at.

So, when I was asked if I wanted to try Reviva Labs new Nasolabial Fold + Multi-Peptide Cream, my first response was, "Naso-what?" Maybe, yours was too.  I'm glad I can now pronounce it and I'm really glad I tried it, because now I have a fighting chance against those stubborn deep wrinkles around my nose (naso) and lips (labial)!

Reviva believes that those deep wrinkles around the nose and mouth are not only from smiling and other expressions, but also because the fat pad on our cheeks that we have in our youth slides down our face as we get older.  When we lose the underlying structure, our skin gets folds and wrinkles.  No cream can fix this situation entirely, but this cream, the first of its kind, can help reduce the appearance of these deep lines.

Reviva recommends applying this cream both in the morning and at night, and for deeper wrinkles, applying their 3-step layering process with Energizing Gel and Glycolic Cream.  For my review, I only applied the cream at night, on top of whatever serum and moisturizer I was using.

It's a very thick, rich, fairly odorless cream.  Reviva Labs recommends using only a very little bit of the cream at a time, which worked for me, as I could only use a little bit on my skin or it would break me out, especially when I tried using it to mitigate my Richard Nixon-esque jowls.  Yes, I'm dating myself.  Young people don't need this cream, you know.

The list of ingredients does get a little above my head, but there are still lots of things I recognize, like Aloe, Shea Butter, Hyaluronic Acid, Jojoba, and Vitamins C and E.  As always, they include the expiration date for the product, and their products are cruelty-free.

I tried to be diligent in applying the cream every night, but I'll admit, there were some nights it was all I could do to take off my makeup with a wipe and tumble into bed.  Remember, I am old!  Still, after about 5-6 weeks of use, I could definitely see that my deep expression lines were lessened. It's actually more noticeable in Real Life, but I did the best I could with the photos.  They are not retouched, save for cropping, and adding text and a watermark.  I didn't get a skin bleach job - the light in my bedroom is more yellow, and the natural sunlight in the front room shows my true paleness.  And my jowls.
The results I get from using Reviva Labs products is why I keep coming back to them.  Sure, some of their products I've received for free, but I've also purchased several on my own.  Their products work for me, and I think they're reasonably priced. This Reviva Labs Nasolabial Fold + Multi-Peptide Cream retails for only $49.

For my homage nail art, I was inspired by the subtle floral pattern on the bottom of the label.  I used the one-stroke technique to create blue flowers over my Sally Hansen/Revlon white base.  Half of the brush was dipped in Nanacoco My Prince, a Prussian Blue, and the other half in Avon Lagoon, a shimmery Caribbean Blue.  I made the center with Revlon Sequin, a silver foil, and then coated everything in Orly Etoile, a subtle periwinkle blue glitter.

I can't recommend the stable of products from Reviva Labs enough.  Here's my review of their Seaweed Soap, and also their Hypoallergenic Mascara, Vitamin K cream, and also their Elastin Serum and DMAE Cream. I also recently reviewed their Pomegranate Exfoliant.
